Where can I buy replacement filters? The small round filters that go in the bottom of the spa get clogged, and I need a replacement since they are VERY hard to clean. ThanksWe are sorry to hear this. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-466-3342 for assistance.Date published: 2018-09-20
How do you clean the unit so the shower feature works? I have used this foot spa several times and can’t get the shower feature to work at an optimum level. I’ve tried running vinegar, Dawn dish soap and Dr. Bonner’s liquid soap through the unit. There is a small filter in the heel area on each side of the spa. They get clogged up and this is why the shower feature doesn't work. I asked where to buy new filters, and I'm waiting for a response. I have used a pipe cleaner to try and dig the stuff out. It's mostly cloth particles, but it's icky :(Date published: 2018-09-20
