Portable Back Massage Cushion is rated out of 5 by 57.Rated 5 out of 5 by AStarr from Inexpensive Relief! My husband bought this for my office chair at work! It has a gentle massage that isn’t too intense and the heat setting is perfect. I have chronic back pain, degenerative discs, nerve pain, and sitting can become very uncomfortable. This provides brief relief and was inexpensive. I would highly recommend this product. I have other devices that are more expensive for home and this one is perfect for work!Date published: 2018-11-12Rated 5 out of 5 by Portagie68 from One More Slightly damaged when i recieved it but it works great. Bought this a couple of weeks ago and it has made my boyfriends back feel so much betterDate published: 2018-08-04Rated 5 out of 5 by Yooper from Better than I expected for the size and price Much better than I expected for the size and priceDate published: 2018-06-27Rated 5 out of 5 by sissy from in answer to another owner I've had a homedic vibratator for years. I don't know about the newer ones but mine has lasted years. The reason, evidentally, is the time limit suggested in the origiinal brochure and the timer on my cushion. RECOMMENDED use, once a day for 15 min. I am a faithful user since I have degerative disc desease. I sleep better and my hurting level lowers a lot.Date published: 2018-05-11Rated 1 out of 5 by Marjorie from Did not like the very low heat When I bought two of these I thought they would be the answer for me. I wanted to use one in the house and one in my car. They are now both sitting in the garage unused. The problem is they do not get very warm. The vibrator works but the heating is totally inadequate. I tried to return it but UPS wanted $80 to return them to you and the US.Postal Service wanted $59. Since I paid about $20 each for them it wasn’t worth it. As you can see the purchase of these two cushions was a total loss for me.Date published: 2018-04-10Rated 2 out of 5 by Shocked from Bad motor I bought this only two weeks ago and already a motor is bad shorting out and shocking you through the cushion.Date published: 2018-03-23

I have lost the home adapter. can you tell me what voltage/amperage I need or if I can get a replacement power transformer for it?We are sorry to hear this. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-466-3342 for assistance.Date published: 2018-10-05
Three questions: 1. Does this have a car adapter? 2. Does it do auto- shut off? 3. Does it have a separate controller (not shown) with a simple on- off switch for massage? In other words, do you have to vlick multiple buttons every time you turn it on? ThThis massage cushion has a car adapter. It is not recommended to use the unit for more than 15 minutes. There is not a separate controller. There are 2 buttons, one for power and intensity selection and the other for the heat option.Date published: 2018-08-31
