Rated 4 out of 5 by from BPCUFF27 User Review The BPCUFF27 works just fine and I am very pleased with its ease to apply to my arm and its performance, however I wish there was a blood pressure cuff size between the standard cuff and the BPCUFF27. Where the standard cuff is too small, the velcro end white arrow is barely getting into the blue colored zone (not enough wrap) for correct application to the users arm when I apply the standard cuff tautly to my arm; the BPCUFF27 is almost to large for my arm. The velcro end white arrow is almost out of the orange colored zone (to much wrap) for correct application to the users arm when I apply the cuff tautly to my arm. Please consider developing an in between size. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wgbp 550 This fits the walgreens WGABP 550 machine but the adaptor nipple was a little small as it did not seal in the internal rubber groment the nipple diameter was a bit small. So i took the adaptor off the old cuff tube installed on the new cuff tube. It works well. You could also just add a small oring on the adaptor to hold it tight. I was unsure if their was a orfice difference in the 90 degree adaptor which would change the calabration of the cuff to unit. It seems to work good though. This was cheaper than walgreens suggested larger cuff. Which i must tell you walgreens suggested a cuff that wont work on the 550 maching. Read reviews prople it saved me from buying domething stupidly wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the price, the exact part I need, exact match For the price, and the exact part I needed, this is great fit. My base component is still functioning good, and the hose and nozzle were okay too. The only piece I need to replace was the arm cuff ... I found this site, verified the part number, with the web picture they offered on the site, and ordered the piece. It arrived when expected, and with the hose and nozzle in order to attach it to the base unit. Simple and easy and cheaper than spending twice the money to buy a brand new BP kit (i.e. base unit, cuff, etc). Definitely recommend this site, and their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable fit When my nephrologist let me know he wanted me to test my own bp my sister mailed me her bp monitor but the cuff was a standard cuff and not large enough for my upper arm. I phoned Homedics and ordered a large cuff at a very low price and it was delivered yesterday, Saturday. I had no trouble replacing the standard cuff with this one and found it fit my arm very nicely. I am very pleased so far with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I bought this replacement cuff after my blood pressure monitor was malfunctioning. After researching the error code, I decided to try a replacement cuff rather then replacing the entire monitor. I am pleased so say, the monitor works like new and saved a few bucks.
