Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective product I purchased this model a while ago, and I am on the second replacement. Each time it was replaced, we were hopeful that the issue would have been resolved, but the sound machine continues to cut out and skip. This most recent one only lasted a few months. Because we are past the timing of the warranty (since we’ve replaced it twice), I don’t know what else they can do to fix this problem. We purchased this for my two year old son who has sleeping issues, and now that it is skipping again, it will unfortunately create a worse problem. We really need a product that we can trust to work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just like the other reviews, do NOT BUY! I have had this machine for over a few months. The sound cuts out in the middle of the night. There is a loop in the machine that resets the noise and it is SO FRUSTRATING WHEN TRYING TO CONCENTRATE!!!! Avoid at all costs.

I wish I'd found these reviews before I spent all that money! The company has to know this is an issue and it seems shameful they continue to sell them. DON'T PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Product We were recently given this product as a gift to help our baby sleep. The sound machine worked great for a few days until it started cutting out, pausing and restarting ultimately waking up our child. We returned this product to Homedics and were sent a replacement. The replacement product had the same issue. We contacted customer service and they said all they could do would be to continue replacing the product (which continues to not work). This product is not worth the hassle.

We are sorry, the sounds are not posted online. Some retailers, like Bed, Bath and Beyond, will have the sounds spas on display and you are able to test the sounds.

I have an older version of this.  It used to stay on all night.  Somehow it now turns off after 90 minutes and I wake up at that point.  I have tried to press the no time button but it still shuts off.  How do you get it back to staying on all night?

About a minute after I start the Ocean setting it switches to one of the nature settings, this only happens with the Ocean setting, all other settings stay, can this be fixed?

We are the not so proud owners of 3 HDS2000 Deep Sleep Whole Room units. All units have began to cut off & restart by themselves. We have tried moving the location to no effect. Machines were used in at Disney World and had the problem. Is there a fix?
