• Does it come with heat?

  Yes, it features optional heat to enhance relaxation and muscle relief.

• What body parts can I use the attachments on?

  The 4 included attachments are designed for use all over the body but each is designed for specific muscle groups. See the diagram below for more details. (attached diagram)

• How often should I use it?

  You can use it daily. We recommend using it in 15-minute increments. But, of course, it’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor first.

• Is it easy to clean?

  Yes, the surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

• Does it have different intensity levels?

  Yes, it offers 3 intensity levels to suit your comfort.

• What if the intensity feels too strong?

  If the intensity feels too strong, place a thin layer of fabric, like a blanket or towel, over the product to soften the intensity while still enjoying the massage benefits.
