Turned it on, vibrated nicely and kept the water warm for at least 30 minutes. I only used it for that long, so it might keep water warm longer. Not understanding the negative reviews, as it does what it says. I'll buy one for my boyfriend tomorrow.

I took that one home and checked it straight away and it worked fine. Recently my wife went to finally use it for the first time and it doesn't vibrate. Very disappointed, i couldn't be that unlucky to get two non working foot spas in a row.

I have neuropathy so this really helps my feet with some issues associated with that condition.

How hot is the water supposed to get?

The footbath will not heat cold water. For a warm water massage, fill the unit with warm water. The footbath will help to maintain warm water temperature.
