• How do I purchase more oils?

  While the 60 ml bottles are Costco exclusive, our SereneScent 120 ml size refills offer unbeatable savings and a wider variety of scents—enjoy more for less!

• How do I connect my diffuser through the app?

  The diffuser works very much like your Bluetooth speaker or other similar devices. Anyone in range of the product while in pairing mode will be able to connect through the app.

• I bought two SereneScent Fabric Waterless Diffuser devices, how do I connect to my second device through the app?

  When in the app, you will go to the Settings tab and then click Device Management.

  From there, it will say Delete Device at the bottom of the screen.

  Once you do this, the app will immediately enter search mode and allow you to connect to any other device nearby.

  In the future, you will be able to connect to multiple devices at once and toggle between them. We are working on this feature and will update the app soon!

• I have two or more Serenescent diffuser models, and when I try to connect through the app, I don’t know which one is which.

  Each device has a unique Product ID.

  The last four numbers/letters you see when connecting to your device or when you look up your device name in the Settings tab under Device Management are unique to your device.

  So, for example, you will see ARMH-972 FAE5. The FAE5 is your device's unique ID.

  Remember or mark which diffuser is which so you can easily recall them!

  In the future, we will allow you to name your diffuser, making it even easier for you.

• I am having trouble with the scheduler in the app. How do I edit my schedule?

  You should toggle the schedule to OFF while setting it up.

  Once you have completed setting your schedule, toggle the schedule ON to save it.

• My schedule did not start or stop per the settings I created. How do I trouble-shoot?

  Check the schedule toggle is ON.

  If you manually change any setting such as intensity, lighting, or time (from a physical device or an app) while a schedule is active, the scheduler will be negated.

  After any manual operation, it's important to toggle your schedule Off and then On. This ensures that your settings are correctly applied, giving you peace of mind.

• Why does the mist start and then stop?

  The diffuser is designed to mist and pause at different times based on the intensity setting you choose. The unit does not mist continuously.

• What is the difference between level 1 (low) fragrance mist intensity and level 3 (high) fragrance mist intensity? 

  When the diffuser is set at level 1, it will release mist for a short amount of time and then take a long pause. When the diffuser is set at level 3, it will release mist for a longer amount of time and take a shorter pause. The unit does not mist continuously

  At low fragrance mist intensity (1), the paused period is approximately 4 minutes.

  At medium fragrance mist intensity (2), the paused period is approximately 2 minutes.

  At high fragrance mist intensity (3), the paused period is approximately 1 minute.

• The mist is too strong/too weak. 

  There are 3 fragrance mist intensity levels, 1 (low) being the least intense and 3 (high) being the most intense. Adjust mist intensity to a higher or lower intensity level based on preference. 

• How long does a refill last? 

  SereneScent sampler 60ml oils last approximately 15 days*

  SereneScent 120 ml oil lasts up to 30 days.*   *15 or 30 days of operation at 8 hours per day and middle intensity level 2. 

• Can other product refills be used in the SereneScent Diffuser? 

  Your diffuser will only work properly when using SereneScent oils. Use of any other oil is not recommended and will void diffuser warranty. 

• My diffuser is not diffusing

  Make sure the power is ON.   If there is still no diffusion or it is weak, remove the oil bottle. Fill the empty 120 ml bottle that came with diffuser with rubbing alcohol and run it through the diffuser for 30 minutes.  

• Little to no mist is coming out. 

  The atomization head is blocked. Clean the diffuser by following the cleaning instructions in the Instruction Manual.

• Oil is leaking from my diffuser. 

  The oil bottle is loose. Screw it in straight or check to make sure the seal is not broken or missing.  

•  My diffuser is making a strange sound. 

  The pump is loose or damaged. Tighten the pump.
