MYCHILL™ Personal Space Cooler 2.0 is rated out of 5 by 5.Rated 4 out of 5 by Casey from Works for us! I got 2 of these last summer to help with the heat in the south. 100 degree plus days and central air can really only be expected to cool the room 20 degrees. We ran them at night and felt much cooler. Our air conditioner went out on a 85 degree day last week and running the MYCHILL made the house bearable until the unit could be repaired the following day. The cooling radius is limited, but it definitely worked for us! My only drawback is having to remove the full tank to refill - I wish it could just be filled from the top. Otherwise it has been a fantastic product during the Southern summer heat.Date published: 2018-05-25Rated 1 out of 5 by Anthony U from Tried 2 units both leaked after 1 week use. It works great until it leaks. We used it overnight as a bedside fan to blow cool air at our face and it does although the status lights are bright And annoying. After less then 1 week of fairly frequent use (multiple hours and fill ups a day) we would wake up to an empty tank and a flooded table. Returned the first one and gave it another chance...a few days later the exact same issue only this time it ruined our table along with it. Its all bubbled up. Just glad we didn't have our phone in front of it. Can't trust it not to get water everywhere. Going back to the store for good this time.Date published: 2018-06-04Rated 2 out of 5 by J R1 from Great construction, poor performance The MYCHILL "cooler" appears to be well made with durable materials, but it barely cools anything. We tried it in a small bathroom and it had no noticeable effect on the room temperature. You can feel a slight cooling of the air coming out but it's too small to matter. And that's on the higher blow setting. It makes me wonder why they bothered with a lower setting. The only use this could have, based on my experience, would be in a small, narrow closet - though I have no idea why you'd need one in a closet. Very disappointing.Date published: 2018-05-17Rated 1 out of 5 by RLR70 from Doesn’t chill. I bought this for my son. This product doesn’t work. Nothing more than an expensive tiny fan. don’t waste your money. I would have sent it back, but shipping cost was $26. I won’t purchase anything from homedics ever again.Date published: 2018-05-17Rated 1 out of 5 by Candace from Leaks Started off great, then after a week it started leaking.Date published: 2018-06-10

What is the weight for shipping cost estimation ?
Why is water pooring out of the bottom of my unit?
Is this just a fancy version of ARCTIC AIR that is advertised in the USA for $19.99?
My air cooler started making weird noises and I noticed the water started flowing from it. Is there something that causes this to happen and a way I can fix it on my own?
How long does it take for the reservoir to empty before you can begin using it.
