Shiatsu Pro Back Massager with Heat is rated out of 5 by 16.Rated 5 out of 5 by BadBack from Great Great I love the price I have the smaller one but I need more motion and I love itDate published: 2018-12-10Rated 3 out of 5 by budd from Not tall enough I was disappointed to find the device did not go high enough on my back. Should have been more careful in my selection. The massage was a bit rough for me but the heat feature is nice.Date published: 2018-11-23Rated 4 out of 5 by JAR1 from labeling and product description imcomplete Generally, I am pleased with the product. However, it needs to contain a warning that too much deep massage releases lactic acid in the system, which can lead to horrible pain. I am glad that it has an automatic shut off after about 30 minutes.Date published: 2018-10-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Chris J from Great I bought one about 10 months ago and use it several times a week, sometimes several times a day. I liked it so much I gave one to each of my daughters.Date published: 2018-07-16Rated 5 out of 5 by Anna from I love thist massager. Strongly reccommend. I have a massage chair, but still like to have a spot massage. This one is perfect. You can do a massage with this massager on a chair or on the floor. I bought a larger vergion for my son - he works all day long on computers and he loves the massager even better than me.Date published: 2018-05-06Rated 5 out of 5 by Vanessa B. from Vanessa B. Awesome! I bought as a gift for a friend and he loves it. Highly recommended.Date published: 2018-01-03Rated 4 out of 5 by Carrie M. from Fantastic for Recurring Low Back Problems I bought one of these at Costco a few months ago and have been using it multiple times daily ever since. You have to know that it is designed to sort of "hurt" if you are not used to this type of massage. But you can regulate the amount of pressure by how much you "lean in" to the machine while it is working. You can also drape a towel over it to provide a bit of protection until the soft tissues in your back get used to it. Just this morning, the balls on one side seem to have slipped out of position, so I came here to check on the warranty. I'm sure Costco will exchange for a new one if they still have these in stock, but if not, it looks like Homedics has a good 2-year warranty, and I assume they would happily honor that if needed. Since I abuse my back on a regular basis, this has been a huge help and I don't want to be without one for very long! Thanks for a good product, Homedics; I'm sure the unexpected defect in this particular one will be quickly resolved! When it is, I will come back and give this 5-stars for sure!!Date published: 2017-07-16Rated 1 out of 5 by Lilia from Very poor quality I bought this masager on Dec, 2016 through Macy's store on line. Used it max three times, it is already broken. Power switch is not responding , Heat switch works intermediately . Will return it . My advice ... do not buy it.Date published: 2017-01-09
