Just started to use . its been only few days. and did not c any other battery with that either. got it from walgreens, thought its a homedics appliance, must be great. dont know where to get another battery from, and why so soonDate published: 2019-01-21Rated 3 out of 5 by 22Kaka22 from It does the job. I needed a pulse oximeter and this one was the only kind on the shelf. It accurately measures (compared with doctor office pulse oximeter) and it doesn't punch finger. However, it is worn on the finger "backward" to typical meters. It makes it challenging to read especially if a person has limited dexterity in their arms and hands. It lacks the ability to "see" the heart rate. My last oximeter had that feature and it became real important especially in the instance of arythmia. But overall if you just need to get the o2 and pulse rate, this unit works.Date published: 2019-01-17Rated 4 out of 5 by Ferdig78 from Easy to use, works great. The only problem I have is that the carrying case is very flimsy. The case started to come apart in about one month. I would suggest using a heaver material for better quality.Date published: 2018-12-14
