I need a deep message across thrd on the top of my shoulder. I don't want the manual ones because holding them up and pushing down hard enough over a time period will just cause more shoulder pain. Will any wrap arounds work for the top of shoulders

Where does the charger get plugged into.

There is a port for the adapter to connect to on the back portion of the neck massager. When you turn the unit over, you should see the HoMedics label in gray on a black background. There will be a cord on the right hand side of the black background. This is where you will plug in the adapter.

My new massager first charge time, the 3 leds are moving in a 123-123-123 pattern for 2 days now and still is not fully charged . Is something wrong with it?

The LED lights under the power button will flash in sequence as the product charges. When fully charged, all 3 LED lights will illuminate without flashing. If you have been charging for 2 days and the lights are still flashing, please return the massager to the place of purchase.

How many minutes does the cordless massager with heat option on operate before recharging is needed?

The massager has a 15 minute auto shut off. The massager has 3 LED lights that will illuminate without flashing when the massager is fully charged.
