Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this humidifier I bought this 5 years ago. We heat with wood and it gets very dry here. This has raised our humidity to 45% and it's much more comfortable now. It's silent and works great. I will buy another. This year I will clean it thoroughly, it has started making a humming noise at startup. We use reverse osmosis water, but after 5 years I will use a q-tip and clean thoroughly before I store it for the summer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great I have had this humidifier for a couple of years.It works great. I only use the cool mist now but it has raised the humidity in my huge bedroom to 49% from 17%. I am going to buy another one for my living room. This is the best humidifier I have ever owned.

The humidifier says "LO" on the display all the time even after refilling and cleaning and after awhile shuts off on its own, even if the timer is set. Any ideas why this could be happening?

The remote doesn't function. Replaced 2 batteries ands still no luck. What can I do? The humidifier works just fine but not the remote.

I have seen online two different models. One is white and the other black. The white one has rounded corners, the black has a flat top. What is the major difference between them?
