Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Product Use Daily! Not sure what others are saying about mold issues but I have had mine for months with no issues. When the clean light turns on I empty it, wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol and dry it out. The color changing light is a sweet feature and the fact that If you run it low it last longer than a day is sweet. I use CBD oil in the diffuser slot.

I came down sick, doc said I had to have a humidifier but a a friend warned some can hide black mold. Out with the old and I couldn't be happier. No filter to replace and no hiding place for mold. The pad for fragrance is a bonus not to mention the night lights.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should get less than one star Bought today very sick need a humidifier and the top will not come off the tank. The water leaks out of the "tank" and the base. One can pour water in the top while mounted on the base. Does work but the tank does not hold any water either when you try to fill like the instructions from the bottom all the water runs out on your foot, the top will not come off there is no instructions does this thing twist off, pull off what, lousy instructions and leaks between the "tank" and the base water just runs out. What a piece of junk sorry I bought it will be returning to Walmart when I feel better since it is totally worthless. Would never recommend buying this product to anyone it does not work at all. And you are going to tell me to call you but I have laryngitis so calling you is out of the question. Don't bother will never recommend product it should not be that difficult to use for what you are charging for the product. The below pull down is deceptive too, one cannot use the product daily if it does not hold water and I have only had this product for 7 hours.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No mist and lots of mold So disappointed in this product. I bought this because my infant son had a cold and really wish I went with another brand. After just a week or so of using it the top part where the mist comes out was all black with mold. There is no way to clean that top part properly to remove the build up. I have been cleaning the bottom parts regularly but there is no way to clean the entire device. It’s also really hit or miss with the mist. Similar to other reviewers I would wake up and notice the tank was still full even though it was supposedly running all night. This was a big waste of money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I have been using mine for a little over a month and am very disappointed. The humidifier runs fine but its not producing any humidity. This defeats the purpose for buying it in the first place especially since it is primarily a humidifier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I purchased two within the week. They seemed great the first days. I did as instructed and emptied the tank and refilled with distilled water, I cleaned the membrane with a cotton swab and 50/50 water/vinegar mix. Since that first fill up, they both have been sporadic at producing mist, and currently I only have one producing enough mist to come out the top. I redid all the cleaning steps, I pumped the spring a 20 times like they recommended to another reviewer and the thing turns on and makes mist in the base, but will not come out the top as it should. Nothing is blocking it. I am frustrated that it isn’t working, and I wish I had purchased a different brand. im thoroughly disappointed.

what does it mean when the button indicating it’s on glow red instead of blue?

When the water tank is almost empty, the humidifying function will power off and the power/out of water LED will illuminate red, indicating it is time to refill the tank.

How can I clean the pink stuff that is in the outtake of the humidifier

TO CLEAN THE TANK Remove the water tank from the humidifier base by lifting it from the main unit. Unscrew the tank cap and rinse inside the tank with clean water. To remove any scale or build up, use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and lukewarm water to clean the inside of the tank. TO CLEAN THE ULTRASONIC MEMBRANE Empty, rinse and dry the ultrasonic membrane and the reservoir before refilling. Pour a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water on the surface of the ultrasonic membrane and in the reservoir, then soak for five minutes. Brush clean with a soft-bristle brush and rinse. TO CLEAN THE SURFACE Clean the surface of the unit with a clean damp soft cloth as often as needed.

What does it mean when the light all the way the the right is on? It hasn’t come on since I’ve had it, about a week, until now.

The light all the way to the right is the "CLEAN TRANSDUCER/ULTRASONIC MEMBRANE" indicator. CLEAN will illuminate red after 60 hours of use, indicating it is time to clean the transducer/ultrasonic membrane. Clean the transducer/ultrasonic membrane with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water on a cotton swab. Wipe off with a damp cotton swab. Press and hold the clean button for 3 seconds until the clean light turns off. NEVER touch the transducer/ultrasonic membrane with your fingers; the natural oils in the skin can damage the surface.

My nightlight button and the button furthest to the right are not working. Tried resetting a couple of times and nothing... the power button and timer buttons functions.
