Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not so great! Just bought this about a month ago for my Daughters room and am already regretting it. In my opinion, for what it costs... it should be doing more then it does. Barely anything comes out. Waste of money and unless your face is up to it, it isn’t going to do anything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gasket broken already Two weeks old and the rubber gasket already tore. Don’t see them in parts and accessories, so I can’t replace it. Should have been made more durable to begin with. Waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hardly ever works I bought this because I travel frequently. It hardly ever works. I can plug it in and the blue light comes on and nothing comes out no matter how much I mess with the top to get the connectors to line up. I could be gone all day and come back and all the sudden it’s working. I go to fill it up and cannot get it to work again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Randomly spits mist out I bought this in preparation for the dry heat in an NYC apartment. The blue light is on and I can see a tiny spitting mist coming out. I moved it to look at the back then more mist began coming out. Then stopped again. It has a personality of its own and while it isn’t super expensive, it is money wasted. So disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I just purchased this, as have Sjogren's; very dry eyes/mouth, and thought it would be helpful to provide moisture to these areas!! What a complete waste of money. I followed instructions, soaked the wick, and when it did not work, I again soaked the wick, thinking that was the issue...It will NOT produce anything I unplugged, plugged back in, but nothing. Tried intermittently all day long, w/same results. VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.. I've tried to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS TOO BUSY, AND HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD INDEFINITELY..I've tried early AM, noon, late in the day...NO RESPONSE...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work I bought 3 of these humidifiers less than a month ago to put in all the bedrooms. 2 quit working. I changed the wicks and they still don’t work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I bought one just like this years ago! I love the design and it is the quietest machine. Not sure if the new ones have auto shut off but that would be a great feature. Its perfect for the bedroom or office!

My UHE-CM15 personal humidifier worked great for 3 wks, then I saw my phone was wet along with my wood table from excess condensation. Took unit apart, cleaned the small grate in the top and checked the wick and washer. Still drips water. Any suggestions?

My humidifier stopped working. It worked well for a few days. I didn’t use it for about a week (and left water in it), and now it will work for a few seconds and then stop. Can anyone help?

The mist spout on my personal humidifier (like one pictured) is not working;  I think hard water has clogged it and I can't get it to working, even trying 2 different new wicks.  Can I purchase a new mist spout for my machine?

Asked by: Big Mama
We recommend cleaning the humidifier. Tank Cleaning Remove the mist spout from the water tank. We suggest cleaning the water tank once every two to three weeks, depending on your water conditions. Clean tank using a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. Ultrasonic Membrane Cleaning To clean the ultrasonic membrane, you must first remove the spring loaded wick. Remove the mist spout. Make a solution of mild dish soap and water. Dip a soft bristle brush into the solution and brush ultrasonic membrane. Wipe clean with a soft cloth. Clean both sides of membrane. DO NOT pour water into the ultrasonic membrane or submerge in water. If this does not resolve the issue . The manual gives instructions on how to clean but does not say how often it should be done. Please advise. Thank you
