Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I got this for my dorm room but it leaks like crazy and doesn't shut off when the tank is empty so I cant keep it on at night or when I'm not in the room. The leaking is the real problem I've tried taping it and everything but nothing works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Very Good... Purchased this at Bed Bath Beyond. Unit worked well for a few months, now it barely works at all! Just a whisper of mist coming out. I kept it clean and followed the instructions. It was inexpensive so I'll just throw it out, but I would not recommend this product to others. Another annoying feature is that it's very unstable and tips over easily. They base is a poor design. Save your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it I bought this today since I have horrid issues in the winter, made sure to read and execute the set-up instructions carefully. Waited about an hour and nothing happened, I made sure I did nothing wrong/detrimental to the product. 7 hours later, not a bit of steam or any sign of it working.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Personal Ultrasonic Humidifier It's leaking from the side all over my desk. Not the bottom have where the water is, the top half where the pump is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Jane C Purchased in March 2017 and it worked well x 4 uses in one week and then quit working. I had followed all of the warnings and instructions about making sure it had water in the reservoir it before turning on. Does not work at all. Was very useful the 4 times it worked. Disappointment for sure!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used at my desk I have loved using this little humidifier. I do wish it was still working well. The cord seems to have a short or something as the unit keeps shutting off. I have tried with both of the cords provided and have to keep adjusting it to get it to stay on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Personal humidifier. I purchased one at Best Buy and was so pleased that I went back and purchased 3 more to give to our 3 adult children and their families. I no longer have static hair as a result of this item.

Q & A

How do you put it together

Asked by: Cassidi
Unscrew the humidifier top cover from the water reservoir by turning the top cover counter-clockwise. Lift the top cover off and set aside. For first time use and with each new wick, you must soak the wick before operating. Unlock the spring loaded wick by turning the wick holder counterclockwise. Remove the wick from the wick holder and soak the wick in water for 5 minutes. Replace the wick into the wick holder and secure to the humidifier top cover by turning clockwise. Fill the water tank with clean, cool (not cold) tap water to the MAX FILL line. DO NOT OVERFILL. We recommend using distilled water if you live in a hard water area. Replace the humidifier top cover by turning clockwise until tight. Plug the unit in using either the USB or 120V AC adaptor.

Unit works fine for a couplenof hours then turns red. What is the problem

Asked by: Jo457765
This humidifier is equipped with an auto shut-off timer/refill reminder. After 7 hours of continuous use, the ON/OFF button will glow red and the humidifier will automatically go into a standby mode as a reminder to refill the unit. When this happens, you must turn the unit off (press ON/OFF button) and refill it before restarting.
