Rated 1 out of 5 by from No longer pushes out mist only air I bought this two months ago, I clean it correctly and maintain it. Now it will no longer put out mist only air. I need a humidifier because of issues with my asthma. I will not purchase this model going forward.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't stay running I'm pretty disappointed. I looked at 20 different humdifiers at bed bath beyond and finally asked for help. The rep highly recommended this one. It ran great for 1 day and it just suddenly stopped on it's own. I have to lift the tank to get it to start again and it only runs for a few minutes after that and stops. The most frustrating part is that I was looking at some that were higer quality with a higher price tag....which I was fine with but the rep said this one was so good. Proved to me again, you get what you pay for. So annoyed i have to go back the store to get something different.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from White Dust Everywhere Product is quiet and the mist certainly provides adequate moisture to the air but there is white dust everywhere. Even using humidifier tablets to reduce the water dust has not helped. Should have put in a whole house power humidifier when we had a new lennox furnace installed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed After a few weeks the mist has stopped shooting out. I have to tap the humidifier for it to work and after a few seconds it goes right back out again. I am pregnant and at night sometimes finding myself getting a little over heated and dry nostrils at times. I am very disappointed and wish someone could help me find a solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mold constantly I bought this product Jan 2018. I constantly have to clean the mold out of it. Is there a filter to replace? What can I add to keep mold out? I use the demineralization cartridges. I am cleaning daily and with Vinegar weekly but the mold keeps growing and no matter how much vinegar I use I get mold and more mold. I had the mold problem all of last winter and its worse this winter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ear piercing whine My daughter owns one of these and I had hoped to have the same quiet humidifier. I have purchased 4 of these and returned all. The ear piercing high pitched whine of the fan motor is hard to take. I recommend this one to people hard of hearing high sounds. Disappointed.

Q & A

my humidifier shoots out air but not mist. help please.

Asked by: cole
We would recommend cleaning the humidifier: TO CLEAN THE TANK Remove the water tank from the humidifier base by lifting it from the main unit. Unscrew the tank cap and rinse inside the tank with clean water. To remove any scale or build up, use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and lukewarm water to clean the inside of the tank. TO CLEAN THE ULTRASONIC MEMBRANE Empty, rinse and dry the ultrasonic membrane and the reservoir before refilling. Pour a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water on the surface of the ultrasonic membrane and in the reservoir, then soak for five minutes. Brush clean with a soft-bristle brush and rinse. TO CLEAN THE SURFACE Clean the surface of the unit with a clean damp soft cloth as often as needed. You can also try to remove the water tank from the base and turn the tank upside down. Press and release the spring loaded valve in the center of the tank cap (it looks like a button) about 15 - 20 times. Reseat the tank onto the base of the humidifier. If this does not resolve the issue, please return the humidifier to the place of purchase for a replacement or contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-466-3342 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST for assistance.

Our unit ran fine last winter and started fine this winter until 3 days ago. The unit now turns off after a few minutes and if I jiggle the tank (like others) the unit starts up again. We use only distilled water. I have done the button press on cap

I accidentally dropped the water container right after I filled it and it shattered. I love this humidifier so much.  Is it possible to replace the tank versus the entire unit?

In your brochure you tell me to drive the tank after cleaning with vinegar and water. How can I dry the tank if I cannot get my hand inside it?

Asked by: Chris97
Place the tank on a flat level surface and allow to air dry.
