THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. I have had neck and back problems from stress and just not taking care of myself. Finally I made the choice to purchase this pillow. When I went to the store it was the last one and on sale. I thought people must have hated this product but because of such a great sale price I bought it. I used it at home and I was in heaven. I felt so much better and not only that I love that it has an automatic timer because I fell asleep. =) Overall Great product..and I also found out that the reason why it was the last one at the store, the store clerk told me it was sold out within a month....LOVE IT! =) Thank you HOMEDICS for this GREAT PRODUCT!

Recommended by my neurologist. This saved me 2 MRI scans and a treadmill test. Worked out my pinched nerve in my neck. Highly recommended!

This may be the best sixty bucks I ever spent. Even my husband who generally has no interest in getting a massage says he's going to use it. If I've got sore muscles or a headache, just knowing this is waiting for me at home is a relief. Will be gifting several of these for Christmas next year!

Got this massage device for Christmas and it feels amazing. Really loosened up my low back and trap area and I am starting to love this thing.

I will never be without one of these. I use it for my back but also on the calves of my legs which ache from standing all day. It relaxes muscles and makes restless leg syndrome much less miserable when used before bedtime. I used this on an aching arm and even use it on the balls and heels of my feet. I wish there was not an automatic 20 minute timer. Just as I am getting really relaxed it shuts off. This needs to be changed! It is a well made sturdy product.

This is a very good product for the price. It also works well as a foot massager. I definitely recommend it. It helps with the day to day stress and back pain. It is very relaxing at night.

I have big problems with spasms in my back and neck.. To the point where I need to be medically aligned 3x a week. This is fantanstic ! You learn how to get better and even more effective with it... The only way to get out the knots especially under the shoulder blades... I don't like the auto shut off though especially when you find " the spot" it's difficult to turn around to restart.. The heat is key to loosening the muscles. HIGHLY RECOMENDED !

I have chronic shoulder pain and the shiatsu pillow helps relieve the pain. The shiatsu pillow works well in that it kneads the area being massaged mimicking the hands of a another person instead of merely vibrating on the surface like many other massagers do. I like the design of the pillow better than hand held massagers. Its nice to be able to relax without holding the massager in place. I am not a big fan of the automatic shut off feature that turns the massager off after 15 mins.. I find myself having to reach for the switch often while in a relaxed position. Overall, I am extremely pleased to have found a product that works so well!
