Gives a good, strong massage. The heat is nice and helps you relax too.
My only problem with it is that the programs are automatic, so you can't move the rollers to massage a specific spot. I would buy a different one just to have that feature.-Matt

I purchased this with little expectations considering the low price, but it is amazing! It is especially nice for long days at the office. My only complaint that it is somewhat unsteady, but otherwise, very nice!
