What a great massager! I have cronic pain in my back I use this massager a couple times a day and it really helps me get through my day. I highly recomend this massager!

I recently pinched my lower back during exercise -- an area prone to injury since it's original injury 11 years ago. I was about 70% recovered on Day 2 and saw this at the store and could feel it work on the knots in my back! I'm one of those people that goes to a massage and the therapist gasps at the amount of knots I have! Anyway, after 30 minutes of working my back on this thing, I could get up and move around with my back at 99.8%! The pinch came back after 30 minutes or so, but not nearly as bad and I can tell a day after my recovery is going to be quicker thanks to this product!

I've had knots on my upper back for a few months now and my husband would try to rub them out, without any luck. We bought the quad-roller and its just amazing!!! my back is actually knot free!!

I've tried so many back massagers and had gotten no relief and I think that I finally found the right one. Used it right when I got it and am very impressed.

I tested this massage cushion in a store and thought it was pretty nice. When I had a muscle spasm in my back, I had the wife buy one for me. My doctor prescribed some muscle relaxers, but 10 minutes with the lower back setting on the massage cushion was the only thing that would allow me to stand up without pain. It has been over a week since then, and the wife and I are both enjoying the massages immensely. I've got it running right now, in fact!

If I could change one thing, I would have it go up another 3 or 4 inches. I am 6'3", and it would really cover my whole back if it were a bit higher.
