Returning Products Under Warranty
We stand by our products. Each one is created with the highest quality components and is quality crafted for years of dependable use. We back every product with a warranty. You can refer to your product's instruction booklet for your warranty information.
If you are unable to exchange a product at the original place of purchase and if the product is still under warranty, you can send it to us at the address below along with a copy of your sales slip and a physical return address. If you do not have the sales slip, simply include a brief statement telling us when you purchased or received the product. Once we receive the item, we will replace it with the same product or a comparable product, depending on availability and get it out to you as soon as we can.

Our typical turn around time for warranty replacements is about two to four weeks, but may be a bit longer during our high volume periods.
Status of a Warranty Return
We recommend that when you send in product to our service center that you insure your package for your protection and to ensure the ability to track the shipment. Normally, our turnaround time for a warranty replacement is two to four weeks from the time we receive the product at our service center, but could be slightly longer during peak periods.
