I have tinnitus (noises) in both ears, and couldn't sleep at night with the buzzing and ringing in my ears. My daughter bought me a Homedics sound machine (an older model) and now I sleep like a baby. I like to put it on the ocean sounds and set the timer for 15 minutes and its perfect! I truly love this product, as it has given me back the ability to get to sleep, even though I have awful noises in my ears. I turn the machine on, and bye bye noises. Its been a lifesaver for me. I got this as a christmas present and it is easily the gift I use on a daily basis. I have two small girls and the Soundspa is used every naptime and every night. I bought this for my daughter when she was 6months old...she loves it! Uses it for naps and bedtime. I loved it especially when i first purchased it because i was able to sneak in and check on my daughter easier...the sound effects (we use ocean) provided background noise so she wouldn't hear me as easy! she is now 2 1/2 and we are buying a second one for our next baby!
