I cannot believe how wonderful this product is! I bought it 3 days ago and can't seem to keep myself off of it. I regularly get massages (at least once a month) but I know my massage therapist is going to miss me! I think this cushion feels as great as the $50 massage by my therapist. In 4 months (4 appointments with my therapist) this chair will have paid for itself except I don't have to make an appointment and can have a massage every day! I highly recommend this cushion! This is the best massage chair in the world. I'm a 52 year old runner and at times I get very tight in the lower back and shoulders. Just one setting at Bed Bath and beyond and I was convinced. It just melted away the tension. The nest week I purchased the Shiatsu1 Massaging Cushion. Never been to a massage therapist but with this unit I cant ever see going to one. I love it. I love this thing. The only thing i would add if i was the person in charge would be a way to program the demo button. My son purchased this for me as a Christmas gift. I leave it set up on a chair in my TV room. It is absolutely fantastic! One of the best gifts that I have ever received. It does wonders for my back and shoulders. I have had kinks and knots in my back and neck all of my life. I also have just about every "Massager" know to man, including all 'HOMEDICS' versions.
