I went to Kohl's after work one day to spend my Kohl's cash and did not know what to purchase. My husband told me to spend the money on me, as my birthday was coming up. I was very tired and sat down in this chair which was set up at Kohl's. I fell in love with it! There was not one out by the demo one so had to call a person to go in back and get me one. I am SO happy I purchased this !! I get regular massages, once a month or more if needed, as I have a bad back. This chair has saved me, especially because of me recently getting the H1N1 & pneumonia. The coughing made my back hurt so very bad from coughing my head off. This chair made my back feel so much better, helping with the pain and helping the blood circulate all around. I was bedridden for over a week and ended up in the hospital. Thank God I made it through this illness and am still alive! Thank you Homedics for making such a wonderful massage cushion. I was waiting for one that took care of my neck too, which this does very well indeed and also the heat feels wonderful! I have ALWAYS wanted a massage chair and I think I purchased the BEST one ever!! I would recommend this to ANYONE!!

I cannot believe how wonderful this product is! I bought it 3 days ago and can't seem to keep myself off of it. I regularly get massages (at least once a month) but I know my massage therapist is going to miss me! I think this cushion feels as great as the $50 massage by my therapist. In 4 months (4 appointments with my therapist) this chair will have paid for itself except I don't have to make an appointment and can have a massage every day! I highly recommend this cushion! Well worth the money!

This is the best massage chair in the world. I'm a 52 year old runner and at times I get very tight in the lower back and shoulders. Just one setting at Bed Bath and beyond and I was convinced. It just melted away the tension. The nest week I purchased the Shiatsu1 Massaging Cushion. Never been to a massage therapist but with this unit I cant ever see going to one. I love it. Thanks

I have had two surgeries. My surgeries failed. I had chronic pain. I tried this at Linen & Things. I had to put everything in my cart back and I purchase this. It the best thing since iced tea.

I love this thing. The only thing i would add if i was the person in charge would be a way to program the demo button. I like the rotating heads and the up and down motion and like a real massage one would get that in differant series. that is the only thing i would change i love it.....

My son purchased this for me as a Christmas gift. I leave it set up on a chair in my TV room. It is absolutely fantastic! One of the best gifts that I have ever received. It does wonders for my back and shoulders. I could go on and on, but you just have to try one for yourself to realize how great it feels -- not only while you are having the massage but afterwards too.

I have had kinks and knots in my back and neck all of my life. I also have just about every "Massager" know to man, including all 'HOMEDICS' versions. Loved them all and every one addresses a certain ache in my back except for the neck. Now "ALL" is well, including the neck. Never has the income tax return come in more handy. If you're looking into buying one of these massage cushions and wondering if it's worth the money - IT IS - hands down. I just tried one out in a Bed Bath and Beyond store and if I could have, in any remote way, justified spending 200 dollars I would have bought it. Unfortunately I don't have the money right now, but I'm asking for this for my birthday. I can't believe the quality of the massage. AMAZING!!! My favorite feature - the adjustable shoulder massage (allows me to target the area right between my shoulder blades where I'm always knotted up). I have tried others and have been to a professional masseuse - trust me, this is totally worth it.

Just bought this product today and haven't left my chair. It feels as good as going to a therapist and is in the comfort of my home. It's worked out all my kinks and I love the shoulder part. Now my hubby can take a break from giving me massages. We all win with this.

This is the best home massage device I've ever tried. For the past month I've been driving to the store to try out the demo version. I even dragged my mother-in-law to try it out while she was in town and she loved it as well. I had to buy my own, as the store manager jokingly threatened to put me on a time limit! I just bought my massager and I'm about to purchase one for my mother-in-law.

I have suffered with such a kink in my right shoulder for months that it was beginning to cause headaches. I certainly cannot afford massage therapy. I was walking down the aisle at my local Kohl's and saw the display model. Tried it and could tell it was what I needed. So I picked it up and bought it yesterday and the kink is already worked out! I have a very full life w/little time to myself ~mother, employee & student~
and lots of upper back and neck pain. This cushion not only massages my back and can be zoned into one spot for an extended period of time,
it also works my neck and shoulders, unlike all the rest.

Jsut purchased this and it feels like a real massage you would get from a therapist! Works from the shoulders down to the lower back. I am going to get the pillow too so I can get a little higher in the neck area. Great items from Homedics!

My back has been an on going problem since I was a teenager. I bought this product after trying it out at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Now, when my husband is unable to massage my back, all I do is plug in this pad, make some adjustments with the controller, and relax. It is well worth the price!!!!

I was in an accident and can not afford ongoing massages. They were out of stock on this model, however found me one 500 miles away and shipped it. It hurt for the first few days as my back and shoulders were like a board. Now that they are loosened up it is more relaxing. I would pay twice the price and feel that I got a steal. It hit the pressure points and worked out the knots.

I am on a computer 60 hours week, Even though I get up and stretch every hour or so, I still get back aches and muscle fatigue from sitting. I added this Homedics Shiatsu1 Massaging cushion, and it melts away the back aches, and seriously improves my circulation, meaning my day is not nearly as stressful or as taxing as it was before I got this! I get more done faster, and with the great number of options that can be activated, the invigoration of the experience doesn't get old! That means I do my best work at work and have the best of the rest of me to share with my family! No more going home tired and sore form sitting all day! My wife gave me two of these for my birthday-one for the office, and one for the house, and the whole family knows they were the best presents I have ever gotten!
Fortunately I don't have to fight anyone out of my chair at the office, but at the house, everybody gets their turn...glad I don't need an excuse to buy something nice for my wife! I'm getting one for her tomorrow!

I have always wanted to buy one of those massage chairs at Brookstone, but they were really, really expensive. I came across this massage cushion and I was amazed at how aggressive the massage was for just a cushion! Usually massage cushions pale in comparison to the $2,000 massage chairs, but I have to admit this definitely did the job for 1/10 of the price. The shoulder massage is definitely key for me - it really digs into the traps which are always tense for me. I found that keeping your head downward and your feet slightly elevated allows you to really feel the lower back portion of the massage, which helps me since I occasionally wake up with a very stiff lower back.

Adding the shoulder massage was the best thing. This is my 3rd Homedics product. I already have another model of the chair massager and the foot massager. They were an investment I would highly recommend to everyone. This adds to the quality of life.
