OMG -- Just bought this last night and used for the first time. What a wonderful product. I think it just may be the best thing I ever bought, worth every penny and I got it on sale too. It made my aching back feel so good. I swear it made me sleep better too. I woke up this morning without back pain.

I work in the Health Care Industry and I know this product doesn't claim to be a medical cure all but it sure does make you feel so good. I definitely plan on using again and again while I am sitting at home.

I came to work this a.m. bragging to everyone what a wonderful product this is and I know I have sold one person on it. They plan on looking to buy one this weekend. I may also buy another one for my sister who is a nurse and suffers from chronic back pain due to auto injury. I know she will love this as much as I do.

I felt like I was in heaven. I cannot say enough good things about this Shiatsu massager. I think I want the pillow too and maybe the neck and if you ever come out with one for knees, I am so definitely there.

I am on my second set of these massagers. The older ones I had came with a flap so the massage wasn't so strong (I didn't use it.). I ignored the instructions and ran the massagers for hours at a time and they never broke down. What happened was that the cloth cover on the front of the rotating balls wore out. You CANNOT use it without that cover. So, I had to buy these new ones. I can recommend these types of massagers to everyone. Although the new models don't massage as strongly as the older model :-((, it is still heaven to use them. I hope the motor is as tough as the old one! By the way, the first one I bought lasted over two years with hundreds of hours of use before the cover wore out.

Well, I finally broke down and bought this product. I had tried it at the local CVS about 10 times before finally bringing it home. It feels even better fresh out of the box! Well worth the price.

Plus, the good thing to know is the one in CVS still worked fine and I am sure it had been used by lots of customers waiting on the cashiers. Meaning, it holds up to wear and tear from what I can tell.

Mine is only a few hours old, but it sure makes doing work at my computer much more enjoyable!

I tried mine for the first time last night. My girlfriend bought it for me as a Valentine's present and I never wanted to stop using it. It gets the places that I really needed it. I am a Welder, so I am on my feet all day, which
affects my back...nothing in the world is so stimulating after a hard day on the job.

I went into fry's the other day and tried one out and i cant believe how good it feels on my back.I work for a casino and do a lot of heavy lifting and injured my back a lot of times.This made me fall asleep at the store and after i woke up i bought 3 for my mom and dad and me.What a great product....Thank You Thank You Thank You

My daughter gave me this as a Christmas Gift, and OMG I love it! I have had back problems since I was young and love to get massages ''deep tissue massages''. And this actually does the trick she couldn't have gotten a better gift for her Mommie. Thanks, Jas

I have had back pain for years and tried everything to fix it. I tried chiropractors, steroid injections, Vicoden and many more things that didn't work. I bought this chair from a store that was closing thinking it would be another thing that didn't work. I was wrong! I can't believe it, I haven't hurt for a whole week and before it was a miracle if I could say I didn't hurt for a whole hour! Definitely get this product if you are thinking of it, I love it!

Got this after trying it in walgreens while waiting for someone. it helped me greatly. but cant lean too hard into it in the beginning. have to watch it or can be too strong. need to work up to it i think.

is a great help. hope it will last a long time before it conks out.
thisis about the 3rd one i bought with the buzzing type cheapo ones for 20.00. so i went upgrade and finally spent alittle more to get something better quality. it is like the difference between driving an accent and a Cadillac car.

has a solid 2 yr warranty. wish this model had a little something for the hip area and lower back seems like it could go just a tiny bit lower. but i guess they got to be careful for older folks who have hip replacements.

doesnt go up enough to the neck or just shoulders for me would be good.
maybe in 2 years i can afford to by a newer model and get something for shoulder region!!

My back has been bothering me as a result of a professional massage. I bought the massager about 6 months ago. I forgot that I had it. I found it, hooked it up and WOW!!! My first time using it and my back feels great.I Would highly recommend this product. I'll use it on a regular basis. Thanks Homedics!

We each took turns sitting on it at Rite Aid. My girlfriend was in an automobile accident and her back has never been the same. After she used the Demo one, we decided to purchase it. What a difference it makes. It's well worth the price. We have the 200H. You won't regret purchasing this item to give your back muscles a lot of relief.

After trying one of these at Walgreen's I was sold. No more "buzzer," or vibrator, massagers. Only the Shiatsu style. I purchased my first one a 1 1/2 years ago, going for the $150 model. It reminded me of my old Mustang car seat but, for some reason, died on me with only moderate use. The $100 model is just as effective as far as I'm concerned, and it shows no signs of quit. Homedics has made a huge improvement to all of these units: they've managed to eliminate the ugly, oversized, heavy wall wart (AC power adapter) which, I think, was at the heart of the reason for my previous model's failure. The other, admittedly lesser, "improvements" are the elimination of the silly bottom buzzer, or seat vibrator, and the addition of a heating element (not required in my case, but I can see where some users might appreciate it). I'd go a full 5 stars if, perhaps instead of the heat, Homedics could come up with one with a shiatsu movement that extended all the way up to neck area and base of the head.

I was in a store late one evening after a long day of shopping. I sat down to take a rest thinking that this chair wouldn't be any different from any other massaging chair I've tried. Well, I was wrong! I have had back problems since I was in middle school and when I got up I felt a million times better. I could have sat there all night! I didn't have enough money to purchase the product, but it's definitely something I intend to purchase as soon as I can. I wish it wasn't so high priced, but I guess it's worth the price to pay to relieve the aches and pains that I suffer daily from.

When I can get my back muscles to be more relaxed, I have less back aches and it helps my chiropractic adjustments be more effective. I enjoy the model SBM-200H. The rollers get right to the source of the knots in my back, and the heat really helps.

I received it as a Christmas gift and this is Christmas Eve. I used it already and it is officially my favorite gift. I requested one from family members when asked for Christmas gift ideas and they came through. I wanted it for work, because by mid-afternoon, or when, God-forbid, I have to work late the all day sitting takes it's toll. It will be in my office by Wednesday. The only improvement I would suggest is that it doesn't go up far enough to do my shoulders and neck, but I noticed there is a shoulder pillow that is advertised that might take care of that part. It is a hard massage, but that's what I like. After the first 10 minutes I could hear the crackling of muscles untightening. I am a happy girl! Great product.

The first use the product felt great when leaning into the rollers, against the chair. It really was working the knots out of my back. The next day my back was quite bruised. For continued use, I placed a blanket over the back cushion and it works great!

I initially bought the chair model for my mom (the one with the added shiatsu option) because she loved the basic chair massager she tried on display at the pharmacy. I knew I'd found the perfect Christmas gift! Unfortunately, she didn't find it as comfortable at home, using it in her recliner. I ended up having to return it. What we learned is that the chair massager seems to work best in an office-type chair like those you see with the display models (rather than using it on a recliner or couch, for example).

My mom doesn't have an office chair at home, so we returned the chair massager and opted for the shiatsu pillow. It's great! She loves the pillow because she can target a specific area with it, and because she can use it on her neck and shoulders. Love the product! I bought one for my brother, my sister and one for me, too! The pillow is comfortable on a couch or in a recliner, so the seat you use doesn't pose any problem. I highly recommend it. It took an hour or so for me to find just the right way to use it, but once I did, it was fabulous. Just shifting your weight an inch or two in any direction makes a big difference in how the pillow feels--for better or for worse. Soon you learn just where to position it for the best results.

I would definitely recommend the chair massager to anyone who is interested. It just didn't work out for my mom as she is 75 years old with a herniated disk in her back. She is unusually sensitive to pressure against her back. If she had had room for an office chair to place the massager in (so she could sit more upright to use it), I think it would have worked fine for her. I would gladly buy it for someone else.

I bought this product after being diagnosed with influenza B and my muscles were sore from all of the hacking and coughing I was doing. When I went to fill my perscription [...], they had this massager in one of the chairs and I decided to try it. OMG, I never thought my back was going to feel better. I went out and bought the massager immediately and it has made such a difference.

Although I am dissapointed to have ordered the wrong one (meant to get the one with "spot" massaging) I still love it. After about 10-15, I feel great. Being a musician (saxophone player) my back gets sore from being on my feet and having sometimes large instruments hanging from me. But when I get home I sit in my chair. And after that, i'm ready for another gig.
I would recomend it, though I will say that the one with the "spot" massage option is a little better. But still a GREAT product.

I am a web designer and an active person. I work out at least 1-2 hours a day AND I spend a considerable amount of time sitting at my computer. I love my job but I hate to sit! This massage chair has changed the way I look at my workday! Sitting at the computer is now (almost!) a pleasure, esp the day after a hard workout! thank you! I am going to get one for my mom.
