Had a knee replacement last October and have been having back pain since. Finally broke down and went to the chiropractor. With his help the pain subsided some and then I bought your product. Chiropractor said it was absolutely a good investment and helps keep my bad limber. Having the other knee replaced in January 2010. My hope is that with your product and my chiropractor I can finally get my back to settle down. Would highly recommend this product to anyone. Life saver

This is an excellent product. Works just as good as the massage chair at the gym. Really like that you can spot massage a specific area. Very quiet when in use.

I got this for Christmas and it is fantastic. I demo'd a couple of the lower priced models and really liked them. My wife got me this one and it feels wonderful. Thanks for the new toy, it will get a lot of use.

I've got a pinched nerve in my left shoulder which has been giving me problems for the last month. I tried this massager while waiting for a prescription a few weeks ago and noticed a reduction in pain. I told my girlfriend about it and she bought me the ORM-400H for Christmas. I couldn't wait to get home last night and try it out. This morning I have about 1/3 the pain I usually have. Fantastic Product!!!

I have a herniated lumbar disk for which I had surgery 10 years ago. Arthritis has set in where the injury is, and that makes Michigan winters miserable for me. I tried this chair, the model above it (with the shoulder massager), and the model below it (back massage with 2 rollers) at Bed, Bath, and Beyond this weekend. I must've been at the display for over an hour testing them all and debating which to buy. All are fantastic (much better than I would've guessed). My decision was between the quad roller and the higher model with shoulder massage. I would've loved the model with shoulder massage, however, with that one you sacrifice the additional set of rollers for the back (2 back rollers rather than 4). Since this purchase was made for the benefit of my back, I selected the quad roller model. If there had been a model available combining the shoulder massage with quad rollers for the back, that would've been my hands-down choice with no hesitation.

What can I say that's not already been said about how great this quad massage pad is!!??!! All I can say is WOW - and the best part? ...that if you realize a spot that feels so good being massaged that you don't want the massager to move from right at that point you can hit one of the arrow buttons to stop it right there to massage for as long as you want! I just used this in the store and it felt so good I didn't want to leave. I will be getting one for my husband for Christmas because he has a very painful back. Maybe he'll let me use it sometimes :-)

I'm a Web Designer and although I have a a massage chair already, I splurged and purchased this device so I can get massages while I work at my Computer. It is great! I love the heat and look forward to using it this winter when it gets cold. (I have no in house heating system) I wish that there was a 15 minute program that would combine the rolling and shiatsu, but overall I just end up swapping between the two anyway. I plan on trying it in my car pretty soon as well for the long commutes! I have an AC inverter in there so I'm good to go. I highly recommend this product. A++

YOUR QUAD-ROLLER MASSAGING CUSHION IS OUTSTANDING. BEING A PERSON WITH A BAD BACK I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOUR CUSHION HELPS. DAYS WHEN MY BACK IS SO BAD THAT I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING YOUR CUSHION RELIEVES IT TO WHERE I CAN DO SOME WORK.

I suffer from scoliosis and at the age of 41 am possibly facing disability due to a 52 degree spine curve. The massager does help a great deal and is used almost every day. It is a bit difficult to be mobile with it, but still it is the perfect machine for me. My therapist and Chiropractor both agree that I made a wise choice accepting this gift.

I got the massager for Christmas. I guess it was a big hint for my husband when I would not leave a store that had a demo massager while Christmas shopping. The first time you use it, you may be sore the next day just like you would with a real deep tissue massage. After that initial try, it is heaven. Even my sister who is a bit delicate is able to use it. I love my gift and would have bought if myself that day.

Easy to use and set up. Very nice job of massaging. You can adjust the location you want it to massage. The heat feature is great. I heard it was painful but I'm very sensitive and it doesn't hurt at all. The massaging balls don't still out too far to be uncomfortable instead they kneed and roll as needed. The balls light up blue all the time even when off and glow red when heat is on. I wish it came up higher but you can adjust the massager to sit higher in the chair with straps so that it reaches the upper back. The remote is easy to use and read. It also comes with a 15 minute timer so you don't go over the recommended time.

I have severe lower back pain and massage therapy has been my only source of relief for years. This massager not only helps with my specific area of pain, but it aligns the back and helps my back to accept better treatment. It is a daily therapy for me. I have stopped using it for a few days or have gone on trips for a few days and my pain returns. I have been absolutely amazed at the affect on the quality of life it has enabled me to enjoy.

I have been using this daily for almost a year now, it is incredible. I use to pay $50 for a 30 minute massage & they never seemed to massage deep enough for me to get relief, this does the job and has saved me alot of money. And what is better than getting a massage while sitting in front of the computer or watching tv.

This is an incredible massager! I suffer from scoliosis which causes me lots of upper back/shoulder pain & severe muscle tension. I've received professional massages but they get expensive. This does just as good a job, maybe even better. The hand control is a big plus. It allows you to target your troubled area and gives you the option to hold it there as long as you need. You can also easily switch from a rolling massage to shiatsu. The heat is hot enough to melt away all those tense muscles. Great product, I use it everyday!!
