I have had this or similar model for more than 2 years. It really soothes my back even without heat. I bought a similar model but misplaced the plug, it is not as long as this one. I intend to purchase another shortly. P.S. I have a recliner with similar functions but the plug finally broke. This one is more doable.

Got mine last night, tried it for several hours on and off. Worth every penny, though not certain what real or "serious" health benefits if any are provided. Wisely, NONE is claimed. Having two speeds is convenient, heat is great to have when the thermostat is turned down to below 70 to conserve energy.
Small matter; if unit and television and/or computer monitor are operated on same 120 v circuit, some audio and video interference can result.
A great gift from me to me. surprisingly, price I paid at a "discount store" is one penny more than as advertised-LE Blade
