I love this massager. I often give my family and friends deep massages in their neck and shoulders to get rid of tension and those tight knots. Unfortunately I had no one to do the same for me! Until I bought this massager. It's great. It goes deep for that owww/ahhhh feeling needed to get rid of stubborn knots. I like the fact that it's flexible enough to really get into any knot-filled cranny in my shoulder/neck area!!! Now that I've messed up my rotary cuff, I use it every day. LOVE IT!

I get extremely tight knots in the back of my neck which make my neck painful to move. I've only had this thing for a couple of days and I feel better already. I often use it while watching TV or reading. BTW, anyone who complains about the fact that this massager is "too rough" doesn't understand the principals behind Shiatsu massage. I used to live in Japan and went for Shiatsu all the time. It is supposed to be a tad bit uncomfortable. It is working the knots out! I've been pulling this massager into my neck as much as I can handle. I hope that it lasts for a long time.
