I just purchased this product and I love it. I wasn't sure if it would work, but I am pleasantly surprised that it works even better than I imagined. I am now going to look for the neck and shoulder messager...I am confident it will do what I need. Thanks You to Homedics.

This is a great product! I have lower back problems, and wake up daily with pain and stiffness. I have been through physical therapy and a series of injections, Nothing has given me more relief than this product. Each morning while having my morning coffee I use the massager for about 20 minutes. I then go to my health club, and I'm able to exercise without pain. On weekends I use the massager and I'm able to go for 6 mile walks without difficulty.

I get bad pain on my lower back . I just got the Shiatsu Lumbar Massager, My back was hurting just got home from work, sat down in my chair and turned the massager on sat there for about 30 min, and the pain was gone. Love it love it

this product is very nice but the down fall is that is doesnt hit my lower back where i need it ,i haved used it in my lazy - boy and doesnt fit real well so i have to use it on the floor , it does work well in the shoulders , middle back , and lower back if your on the floor , i really wanted to use it in my chair ,,,, it was worth the money just not what i was looking for

One of two Homedics Shiatsu pillows that actually help with my lower back pain. The rollers hit exactly where I need them to and I'm able to apply the pressure I need by how hard I lay/press against it. One drawback is that the heat function turns on automatically after being used a bit which makes it uncomfortable to use.

I use this pillow daily for hours at a time and thus far, haven't found one better!
