One of two Homedics Shiatsu pillows that actually help with my lower back pain. The rollers hit exactly where I need them to and I'm able to apply the pressure I need by how hard I lay/press against it. One drawback is that the heat function turns on automatically after being used a bit which makes it uncomfortable to use.
I use this pillow daily for hours at a time and thus far, haven't found one better!-Peg
