I love the simple and elegant design of this scale. The glass is light but strong and the digital display is easy to read. The scale worked perfectly for about two years before it started to complain about overload error.Two days prior I weighed 116 lbs. I was pretty sure that it was the scale that had a problem and not I.

After consulting with the Homedics contact, we decided that I should send the scale back (UPS priority flat rate box $9.95) to the warranty department. Within a week, I received a working one!

Homedics appears to care about customer satisfaction; I am impressed.

I have had this scale for almost 2 years. i love it. But my battery just went dead. I went and bought another battery to fit. But it went dead in a week.

Worked fine for about a month but is now constantly changing the reading on the scale. I'll get on and it would say 115.4, step off, get back on and get a completely different reading every time! Not satisfied.

I have many Homedics products.. foot and back massage. foot bath, etc ...and all are WONDERFUL !!! Then I bought this bath scale (?)....tried changing batteries after attempting repeatedly to "initialize" per instructions....all I get are error messages . I am 5' 7" and weigh 140 lbs, live alone, and unless my two 3lb chihuahuas have broken the scale while I was at work you have a very inferior product....Sending the scale back costs more time and money than it's worth (29.95 plus tax) ......all I can say is 'Shame on you, Homedics! Read the review by other owners of this scale !'
