I have used the product several times now and it works good. It does take about 4-5 minutes to heat up, but once it's going it works. You have to keep the nozzle elevated and placed on the white hook that it comes with and not on the floor while it's heating up or water gets in the hose.
I do recommend buying one of the full size steamers if you plan to use it everyday. Those heat up very quickly. This one is great for me since I use it about twice a month.Overall - -lovethis
