I just got this product after Christmas and for the price I am very pleased with it. The only drawback is I find it hard to get the massage vibrations to touch the very back of my neck. Wish I could get it to mold a little tighter around my neck. It works well on my shoulders and the sides of my neck. The heat feature works well and does help the back of my neck.
