One of the best purchases I've ever made. No more chiropractor or masseurs. And since I'm in control I can reach spots, like that knot under my scapula, that no one quite ever reached or stayed on long enough if they did. This chair is my 15 (or 30, or 45) minutes of heaven on Earth. So far it's worked great and I've had it for 2 years- on here to order more for family!

This is a great buy. Well worth the money! It was not that hard to put tgoether, It took me about an hour or so. Just make sure you've the right tools before you start? Like a Ratchet set! It is very comfortable and easy to move for one position to the other.

My husband purchase this for me Christmas of 2011. I suffer from very terrible stress headaches. I have seek treatment from chiropractors, done acupuncture and massages and even over the counter medication didn't really relieve my headaches. We set this product up and wow! I am petite so I wished the neck rollers would come in a bit more in addition to going up and down. Once I set it up for myself and found my husband massaging his back and neck. He loves it as well.

Love it ! A bunch of us girls would go to the stores that sell the massage chairs during our lunch hour. We loved them so I thought I would try the cushion and I LOVE it. I sure hope it lasts along time and I dont wear it out!

I just bought one a couple of weeks ago. Compared to the vibrating one this one is by far, hands down much better. I'm still learning how it works. The width for instance. I wish the points would spread apart farther but as I said I'm still learning how to use it. I works out the kinks and gets the blood flowing. It is definately worth every penny.

Im totally in love with this massager. I did just buy myself one finally. Two years ago my wife and I bought one for my mother and one for my sister-in-law. Still working. So whenever we'd go visit them we would use theirs. All in all great products.

Amazing product. My sister gave me this for Christmas and it is officially the best gift ever. The knots in my back are already gone. The upper back part seems to focus on the right side, but the joystick allows you to move it to any area you need so it is not that big of a deal. Cannot comment on the lifespan of this product, we'll just have to wait and see.

This product has a shipping screw that needs to be removed from the back and that is it. We provide you with the tool to remove it. There is nothing else that needs to be put together.
