I have this fountain, as well as a rock wall. Unlike the other review, I'm very happy with my Relaxation Fountain. The pump is quite silent, and it doesn't splash. It makes an attractive addition to my small office and it makes an excellent night light. Yes, it's better displayed against a wall, as the former reviewer noted, the second tier bars are cut in half, don't know why. I still like the rock wall best of all the fountains, and have gifted one of those to a friend, but this is a very pleasant fountain.

I'm very pleased with this fountain. Unlike the other review, my pump makes no sound at all. Perhaps he needs to send it back for a replacement. This fountain doesn't splash out onto the table. The Rockwall is still my favorite, though, and I've bought several as gifts for friends. I am a little concerned about how long the lights will last. There doesn't seem to be any mechanism for replacing them. Time will tell.

This fountain has an overall very nice, modern design. However, the pump is too loud and covers up the trickling water sounds, there are hardly enough stones to make it look nice, and the product description is deceptive when it tells you that it's made of maple and brushed nickel because it's all made of plastic with paint on it.

Not to mention, the following day of purchase, the lowest tier light went out and I haven't been able to make it stay on long enough by wiggling the wires to make a better connection.

Please also note that the second tier's silver bars are sliced off in the back and instead of looking like pipes or bars, look like flat chopsticks. It would be nice if they were full circle bars like all of the others.
