this is great! I've had it for 2 1/2 years and use it often. Very relaxing. Only wish it had a self shut off timer on it! I set a timer for 20 minutes and that works well only the timer wakes me up if I doze off and I have to turn the unit off manually. Please put a built in shut off timer in new models. Thank You!

bought one at BedBathandBeyond. Got it home plugged it in, turned it on, pressed the lower back button. The rollers rolled up my back, and died. Took it back, got another one. Same thing, plugged it in turned it on, and immediately died as well.

I WON'T BE WITH OUT THIS ONE. JUST ROLL IT OUT ONYR.BED, AND GET AGOOD NITES SLEEP. I HAVE SPINAL STENISIS. THIS IS NOT A CURE. BUT IT RELAXES, IT IS COMFORTABLE, AND THE PRICE IS GOOD. TIMES ARE TUFF NOW. VERSATILE, IT FITS IN YR CHAIR AS WELL.THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW, IS JUST TRY IT OUT. I RECOMEND IT.

Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). To return an item you ordered from HoMedics.com, fill out the Returns Form on the packing slip that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit and faster processing.
