I just bought this for my parents. It is very good for the price. The only thing I would suggest is for the massager to work even lower and the shoulders.

This product is one of the most affordable options for a shiatsu massage cushion, and you know what? It really works miracles. The only thing I would recommend changing, is for the lower back setting to go just a little bit farther down. But otherwise it's really great.

Absolutely love it. I got it last week. Power cord is really long. It felt like somebody really giving you massage. I would recommend it to anyone with back pain or just want to relax the tight muscle.

It does the best basic massage of any item that I have tried / the lower only feature is exactly like the one that was built in the rear seat of a high end Hyundai I rode in while in Taiwan.
We are going to be purchasing a second one for our granddaughter - so I can have my chair back.Overall - -Carlos

Just got my seat today. Absolutely love it. My friend has the Deluxe Shiatsu Massaging Cushion, but I dont like that it doesnt cover more of the back. This one gets the shoulders blades and I like the more back coverage. I just wish I could put it in my car while Im driving. Would recommend this one to anyone for more back coverage.

I bought this item about 3 weeks ago and just love it! It does a great job massaging the back, I especially like the function of an upper and lower massages or you can do the whole back. It is very portable and the power cord is very long, making it easy to find an outlet within reach of the massager. I would recommend this product to anyone and absolutely love it!
