i've recently acquired one of these. fantastic.
my shoulder was hurting and i needed to play badminton. i used this, woke up next day and felt ok. i played and it was great. i still need more massaging but it made a great difference.
not to tough on me and i'm very slim. can be a bit wide for my arms but aside from that - i'm happy! avoid your bones!!

I've had one of these massagers for over 10 years. I'm now purchasing another. great for all muscle aches and pains and very good at getting knots out from the shoulders and upper back area. I highly recommend this product.

I love this Homedics Percussion Machine! I've had several and they are FANTASTIC in helping to tame your spasming muscles. You can use it all over your body--it's best not to use it directly over bones/joints, but on the soft tissue areas where you have pain. I've used it on the bottom of my feet, my palms in addition to other muscles. I highly recommend it!
