I recently purchased the Hydro-Therapy Foot Massager.I have neuoropathy pain in my feet and sciatic nerve problems in leg and back.I used the massager and relief was given.I am so thankful that I was able to discover and purchase the foot massager.I feel that I have made a great choice in purchasing this product.

My feet never felt as good. And I could also feel the massager on my whole leg which helped me immensley. I have a very bad back and the sciatic nerve in both of my legs also cause me daily pain. And I think I have finally found sometning that calms down the nerve pain in the legs. Can't wait to go back to the doctor to tell him. I'm sure he will be as surprised as me.

The vibration setting is very comforting, and the blue LED light does create a more relaxing atmosphere. However, I was hoping that the jets were more powerful - It's hard to tell that the jets are even on when using this product, it is more like just a stream of water, kind of disappointing. Overall, this product does sooth your feet after a long hard day.

Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, you must first contact HoMedics Consumer Relations at: 800.466.3342 prior to returning your product.
To return an item you ordered from HoMedics.com, fill out the Returns Form on the packing slip that came with your order and send it back with the merchandise to ensure proper credit and faster processing. HoMedics cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Wearable items must be unworn.
