I just want to say.... THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SEAN!!!! I found this page because I was wondering about the USB port. Thank you thank you thank you!!! C-:
As for this monitor, I don't have the same model but mine is a HoMedics, and I do like it very much. Works well, is easy to use, and I love the memory feature, (now even more because I can upload it automatically).Overall - -PCF

Just a follow up to Rick's comment:
1 - It doesn't say 056, it says USB when you connect it.
2 - You can use this software with Microsoft HealthVault, which is a great way to store your blood pressure online so it is backed up. You can also share it with your healthcare provider. It's a free service and what this device was designed to do. www.healthvault.com

Works well and it is very intuitive to use. Definitely get the auto-inflating model (BPA vs BPS). It is worth the extra bucks.
Amazon says that a lot of people buy this with a USB to Mini-B cables. Don't bother. I have hooked the monitor to a USB connector, and all it does is display the number, 056.
It would have been nice if it dumped the last 100 readings, which what I had hoped that it would do. But no luck on that count.
The best that I can figure is that the factor put the mini-B plug there for them to program and test the device. Not so end users can download their statistics.
