The unit features percussion massage, which is a tapping style massage. The massage strength is adjustable.
How many pulses does it produce on high?
Approximately 3,100 per minute.
How many pulses does it produce on low?
Approximately 1,900 per minute.
Are the attachments replaceable?

Can I use the heat feature with any attachment? (pertains to units with heat only)
No, heat should be used with heat attachment only
How do I change the attachments?
Simply twist the attachment counterclockwise to remove and twist clockwise to attach.
Can I use the massager without the attachments?
No. Doing so may cause injury.
Is there any latex in the handle?
No. There is no latex in the handle.
How do I clean my massager?
Be sure to unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Clean it only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
How long is the warranty?
Our massagers have a two-year limited warranty (valid only if this product is purchased and operated in the United States).
Is it safe for my kids to use?
The unit is not a toy and should not be used by children without adult supervision.
Can I use the unit while sleeping?
No, the massagers should never be used while sleeping.
Can I use this if I have a pacemaker or other medical condition?
