How do I use the Shopping Cart feature?
Once you've located the item that you wish to purchase, click the ”Add to Cart” button and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. If you wish to checkout immediately after adding, you can click on the ”Shopping Cart” link in the upper right section of the website.
It is important to note that clicking the "Add to Cart" button in no way obligates you to purchase the item. You can access your cart at any time and remove items and change quantities as desired.
How do I use the My Account feature?
My Account allows you complete access to all of your ordering information. Here you can check the status of a current order, view your profile, check products you've chosen as your favorites, create/edit your address book and manage your gift lists. Creating an account is completely free but is not required to purchase items online.
How do I check the status of an order?
Checking your order status is easy! Simply sign into the account that you used to make the purchase by using the My Account page. Once you're signed in, click on the "My Orders" link to view order information.
I need to return something I purchased from HoMedics.com. How do I do this?
HoMedics will refund purchases from our website that are returned within 30 days of receipt, less shipping and handling. If your item is defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please see the packing slip that came with your oder for more detailed instructions.
