I have misplaced one of the legs or feet. How can I replace it?
Replacement sets of legs or feet can be ordered by contacting our Consumer Relations department via email or phone. A set is four pieces.
How do I clean my ottoman?
Be sure to unplug the unit. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge or clean, colorfast cloth. Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
What type of warranty does this product have?
This product has a two-year limited warranty (valid only if this product is purchased and operated in the United States).
What type of massage is it and how strong is the massage?
The unit features an invigorating vibration massage. Vibration style massage is of moderate strength. The massage intensity is also adjustable.
How long is the adapter or power cord?
The adapter cord is 12 feet long.
What is the ottoman covering made of?
100% polyester.
Can I sit on the ottoman?
No, this unit was not designed as a seating surface and doing so may cause injury or damage to the ottoman.

No, standing on the unit may cause injury or damage to the ottoman.
Can I use the ottoman without having a massage function selected?
Yes, the ottoman is an excellent leg rest, with or without massage.
The noise level changes. Is there a problem?
When the massage is turned on but no weight is placed on the unit (your legs or feet), there will be a slightly louder vibration noise. This is perfectly normal and will decrease as soon as you place your legs or feet on the ottoman. Also, while the ottoman may be used on any type of floor, a carpeted surface is ideal.
There are numbers on the legs and feet and they do not match.
Actually, all the legs and feet are the same so please disregard any numbers.
Is it safe for my kids to use?
The units should not be used by children without adult supervision.
Can I use this if I have a pacemaker or other medical condition?
