How do I clean my massager?
Be sure to unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Clean it only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or other liquids to come in contact with the unit.
What type of massage is it and how strong is the massage? (Does not pertain to the MT-PA.)
Our handheld massagers feature an invigorating percussion massage. Vibration massage is of moderate strength.
Can I use the massager without the attachments?
No. Doing so may cause injury.
Is it safe for my kids to use?
The unit is not a toy and should not be used by children without adult supervision.
Can I use the unit while sleeping?
No, you should never use the massager while you are asleep.
Can I use this if I have a pacemaker or other medical condition?
We recommend that you consult your doctor with any questions related to your health. In case of pregnancy, diabetes, illness or if you have a pacemaker, we recommend consulting a doctor before using these products.
Can the heat be adjusted warmer or cooler?
There is only one setting for heat.
Will you repair the product after the warranty period expires?
