Be sure to unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
How long is the warranty?
Our cushions and mats have a two-year limited warranty (valid only if this product is purchased and operated in the United States).
What type of massage is it and how strong is the massage? (Does not pertain to the BK-900 or Therapist Select™ models)
These units feature an invigorating vibration massage. Vibration style massage is of moderate strength. The massage intensity is also adjustable.
What is the cushion or mat made of? (Does not pertain to the LSS-10HL)
The cushion is made of a man-made material.
Is it safe for my kids to use?
The units should not be used by children without adult supervision.
Can I use the unit while sleeping?
No, the cushions and mats should never be used while sleeping.
Can I use this if I have a pacemaker or other medical condition?
We recommend that you consult your doctor if you have any questions related to your health. In case of pregnancy, diabetes, illness or if you have a pacemaker, we recommend consulting a doctor before using these products.
Can I use the unit outdoors?
No, our cushions and mats are designed for indoor, household use only.
Can I use the cushion or mat without having a massage function selected?
Yes, our cushions and mats have been designed to provide complete relaxation with or without a massage.
Can I use the cushion or mat without heat?
Yes, units that include heat can be used with the massage function only or with heat and massage.
Can the heat be adjusted warmer or cooler?
There is one setting for heat.
Is there heat throughout the entire product?
Heat is located in the mid- to lower-back area.
I have the heat turned on, but it isn't working.
For your safety the product is equipped with a pressure activated switch. Heat will not operate unless pressure is applied to this switch, located on the seat bottom of the unit.
Can the cushion or mat concentrate on a certain area of my back, such as the lower back?
Many of our cushions and mats have zone control, which allows you to focus on specific body areas. You can choose a specific body area or any combination.
Do you repair the product after the warranty period expires?

How do I store my cushion or mat?
Unplug the unit from the outlet and allow it to cool before storing it in its box or a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects. Do not wrap the power cord around the unit and do not handle the unit by the controller cord.
